Intake Growth ("we," "us") provides Google review management services to local businesses. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how our text messaging program works.

Information we collect

• From visitors to this site: the information you submit through our contact form — your name, business name, email address, and county. We use it to prepare the report you requested and to respond to you.
• From our clients: when a business hires us, they provide customer contact information (names and phone numbers) so we can send service follow-ups and review requests on their behalf.
• Publicly available business information: we review public listings (such as Google business listings) to prepare reports on review counts, ratings, and local rankings.

How we use information

• To provide the services our clients hire us for — sending follow-up and review-request messages to their customers, responding to reviews on their behalf, and reporting results.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through this site.
• We do not sell personal information. We do not use client customer lists for any purpose other than delivering services to that client.

SMS program

Intake Growth sends text messages on behalf of the local businesses we serve, to those businesses' own customers. If you received a text mentioning a business you recently worked with, that business is our client.

• Consent: messages are sent only to customers who provided their phone number to the business in the course of booking or receiving service. We do not send marketing to purchased lists.
• Message types: service follow-ups ("checking in on the work we did") and review requests. Message frequency is low — typically 2–3 messages per completed job.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.
• Help: reply HELP or email us at the address below.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate (such as our messaging and hosting providers), and with the client business a message concerns (for example, forwarding your reply to the business owner).

Data retention & your choices

We keep information only as long as needed to provide services. To request access to or deletion of your information, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us at the address below.
